My fiance and I were in town for a concert and we're looking for a place to eat. We stumbled upon this place and let me tell you, the ABSOLUTE best authentic Mexican food I've ever had!!! We live in Huntsville area and will definitely be going back to Birmingham just for the food.

Friday night at Pablo's was perfect. We had nicely crafted cocktails to start the evening. The staff and owners are always so very courteous and seek to make every visit a great experience. Steak fajita nachos were spot on and so very tasty. We were never rushed and always made to feel we could enjoy the experience at our own pace. Steve, Susan and Putu ensure a great visit every time. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.
The food was great. Our service was fantastic. I do think the prices are a bit high, but the food did taste good.
This place is great. For me, it sets the bar for what a great Mexican restaurant should be. Warm, very full baskets of chips and top notch salsa. Food is always very good after having explored a good bit of the menu. Menu has many choices. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The perfect balance of welcoming and keeping needs met without being disruptive of eating and visiting with those dining with you. Best of all, if you happen to need to eat quickly, they will get you in, well fed with great food, and out faster than many "fast food" places these days.
Great service, excellent food and nice outdoor area to dine and enjoy local music. The shrimp fajitas are excellent and the portions are huge!
BOOTHS!! If you're looking for a Mexican joint with a booth, you finally found one in Birmingham! On tap draft Dos Equis reg and amber . Another review said their queso dip was best ever had. I'd second that now. Outstanding service and food, both! All reasonable prices.
Food was terrific and my lady LOVED her margarita, all at a solid deal. Service was next-level too, Edgar took great care of us and we left very happy. Will definitely be back
